讲座教授简介:Professor  Z. John Ma 

    Dr. Z. John Ma, P.E, F.ASCE, currently serves at the University of Tennessee Knoxville (UTK) as a professor in the College of Engineering’s civil and environmental engineering department. Dr. Ma has conducted research in the area of structural concrete and FRP composite structures with over 60 SCI publications.  He has been awarded the NSF CAREER (2004), ASCE Tennessee Section Outstanding Engineering Educator (2009), ASCE Raymond C. Reese Research Prize (2013), ASCE T.Y. Lin Award (2002), and PCI Martin P. Korn Award (2001).  He is an Associate Editor for ASCE Journal of Structural Engineering (2011 – present) and ASCE Journal of Bridge Engineering (2007 – present). He served as ASCE Tennessee Section Structures Chair from 2009 to 2016. He has also served as a member on several professional technical committees within ASCE, ACI, PCI, and TRB.

 

Dr. John Ma (马中国)教授:现为田纳西州立大学博导、正教授(终身),内布拉斯加州注册专业工程师。主要专业特长包括:(1)预应力混凝土桥梁行为和设计;(2)高性能混凝土和FRP复合材料的力学性能和应用研究;(3)可持续结构研究;(4)公路桥梁快速施工研究。先后主持美国国家科学基金(NSF),美国交通部(USDOT),美国能源部(DOE),美国国家橡树岭实验室(ORNL),美国联邦公路局(FHWA),美国国家公路合作研究项目(NCHRP),田纳西州运输部(TDOT)等多项重要科研项目,现为ASCE Fellow并担任ASCE国际学术期刊 Journal of Structural Engineering Journal of Bridge Engineering 副主编。
