工作经历

2015.1 至今  北京交通大学 道路与铁道工程系   讲师、副教授、教授/博导

主要从事无砟轨道劣化机理与预防修复机制、新型轨道工程绿色建筑材料、智能建造与运维关键材料、新型轨道设计理念等研究。截止目前,主持2项国家自然基金项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、国铁集团重点项目课题、中国博士后基金面上项目(一等资助)、教育部基本科研业务费、北京交通大学人才基金等多项课题。基于研究成果,发表70余篇学术论文,SCI论文40余篇,第一/通信作者SCI论文近30篇【第一/通信作者:An114篇,其中领域顶级期刊Cement and Concrete Research(IF=11.958)4篇,Construction and Building Materials(IF=7.693)10篇,ESI高被引论文3篇,单篇最高被引300余次,总他引700余次】。
